Q. My water was shut off- what do I do?
A. Contact the office at 928-341-9685 or firstname.lastname@example.org during normal business hours, to make arrangements to pay your bill.
Q. How can I pay my bill?
A. We accept payment by check, cash or money order. You may mail your payment or drop it off at our office.
You may also pay by online banking through your bank.
Q. What can I do if I have a water leak?
A. Call our office during normal business hours for assistance.
Q. Can I make payment arrangements after I was posted for disconnect?
A. No. The total amount due on your bill is now required to keep service on.
Q. What happens if I receive notice that my check was returned by the bank (NSF)?
A. Call the office and make arrangements to make your payment by some other means.
Q. Can you really disconnect my sewer?
A. Yes. But we make attempts to collect first. If there is no response to our collection requests, we will notify the City of Yuma, Health Department, which will disconnect your water.
