HEARING – EMERGENCY RATE REQUEST

 

On October 12, 2016 at 10:00 am, a Hearing on the emergency rate request shall commence for Ranchero Bonitos Water Co., LLC at the Commission’s Phoenix Offices, Hearing Room No. 1, 1200 W. Washington, Phoenix, AZ 85007.

Public comments will be taken on the first day of the hearing. Written public comments may be submitted at any time by mailing a letter referencing Docket No. W-20933A-16-0314 to Arizona Corporation Commission, Consumer Services Section, 1200 West Washington, Phoenix, AZ 85007, or by submitting comments on the Commission’s website (www.azcc.gov) using the “Submit a Public Comment for a Utility” function.
